The machine is suitable to print any material having a thickness between 0,5 and 85 mm and allows printing, beside fabric pieces, finished garments and various articles in different shapes and dimensions.

In fact the machine foresees a transport blanket, which is typical of the MS-JP4 production and is well known on the market for its precision and reliability, together with a device to lift the plotting unit up to 85 mm from the blanket itself. This enables the operator to introduce, beside fabrics, holding frames purposely created to transport garments (T-shirts, shirts, jeans, underwear, etc.) and any other material in pieces (wood boards, frames, cork, leather, etc.)

The installation on the MS-JP4 Universal of the MS-JP4 Coat&Print module, gives the possibility to the end user to print garment with a higher quality than the normal pigment printing, by using reactive, acid or disperse inks, which require the fabric to be pretreated with those chemicals necessary to fix and develop the dyes.

Two supporting modules placed at the machine entry to support the frames and the materials waiting to be printed and at the exit after printing.  A purposely-designed dryer, placed over the machine exit, dries the fresh printing with warm air.

MS-JP4 Universal can be also equipped with several devices according to the type of production to be carried out as to make it a real “UNIVERSAL” machine.

In case of Acid or reactive printing the MS-VAPO universal steamer is used in combination to the printer in order to "fix" the colors.

MS-TWO is a flat bed digital ink-jet printer which, thanks to its characteristics, grants the printing of t-shirts, trousers, shirts, fabric bags, garments, pre-cut forms, leather, wood, etc. in different thicknesses up to 5.5". We can supply platens of any kind of shape or form in the printable area.
 

The four-color digital printing grants the printing of a practically infinite range of colors with different resolutions from 360 dpi up to 1440 dpi. It is then possible to print also with photographic quality and give full personalization to the printing, this paired with the creativity of the operator will satisfy the most exigent requests of the customer.

The reduced dimensions of the MS-TWO makes the machine suitable for any even small production facility and can be easily transported also because it does not require any special utility.
A standard PC from the market, supported by commercially available graphic software such as Photoshop or Corel, is enough to manage the designs to be printed.

Ink-jet printer particularly suitable for T-Shirts and small-sized substrates of different materials and thickness. MS-ZERO is a direct to garment printer which, thanks to its characteristics, is suitable for several purposes (printing on T-Shirts, trousers, shirts, fabric bags, gadgets, leather, wood and substrates up to 45mm thickness).

The four-color printing process allows to print patterns with a virtually endless color range and with different resolutions from 360dpi up to 1440dpi.

The extremely small dimensions of MS-ZERO make the machine suitable for any production facility, even the smallest one, and can easily be transported since it also does not require special electrical utilities or drains beside the usual 120 Volts electrical connection.

A standard PC from the market is enough to handle the patterns and the printing process and one computer can manage up to four direct to garment printers.

The proprietary RIP software bundled with the printer allows for easy positioning of the image and simple to use yet very versatile color controls.

A white ink option is available making color printing on dark garments a reality. Additionally the printer is sold as an "Open System" giving users the freedom to use the ink of their choice as long as it is an ink compatible with Piezo Print Heads.
